Visualizations of complex datasets is essential for understanding the complex systems they represent. Below are a few examples of my attempts to visualize high-dimensional datasets

This animation represents vegetation variability through time for the Cape Floristic Region of South Africa. Vegetation is quantified with the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) as measured from the MODIS satellite every day and proccessed into the 16-day composites shown here.
