Planta radicans vel stolonifera; folia radicalia ex aquae altitudine
petiolata, numerosa orbicularia profunde et anguste cordata integra
glabra, 3-4 x 3-4 cm; flores in umbellas densas et sessiles secus caulem et stolones distributi; pedicelli floribus longiores; sepala lanceolata obtusa quam capsula matura dimidio breviora; petala flavida? sepalis longiora; semina globosa levia flava nitida.

Rooting or stoloniferous plant. Radical leaves petiolate according to the depth of water, numerous, orbicular, deeply and narrowly cordate, entire, glabrous, 3-4 x 3-4 cm. Flowers in dense and sessile umbels distributed [secus] the stem and stolons. Pedicels longer than the flowers. Sepals lanceolate, obtuse, shorter by half than the mature capsule. Petals yellow? longer than the sepals. Seeds globose, smooth, yellow, shining.
