Justin placed this weir, designed to capture every individual making the run up the brook, on 6 March 2003, and removed it on 30 June 2003. The purpose of this gear was to enable us to capture, measure, and release each fish making the run up into the pond, on a daily basis. The gear worked as designed, mortality of the fish was about 1%.
