References for seminar on wildlife management in rice fields

This list of references was prepared for a seminar on the management of rice fields, presented at a workshop in Louisiana.  The book chapter by Eadie et al. is intended to be a complete review of all that is known about wildlife in rice fields.  The chapter is essentially finished and hopefully the book will come out soon.  If you want more information about birds in rice fields let me know and I’ll try to help.
