NOTE: The "colorful commentary" about Torrey's long, speckled history of fires, falling ceilings, exploding water pipes, etc., has been deleted from the Wikipedia page. Conspiracy theorists believe that it was members of the University of Connecticut administration that edited the page, given the unflattering, if true, portrait of the building and its decades of neglect that was painted there. I guess we'll never know the truth...
