As a reminder, The Official Host of each speaker is responsible for the following items:
- Double checking that the guest has arranged his/her travel with Kathy
- Ensuring the guest's schedule is fully populated
- Arranging transportation to and from the airport, Tolland Inn, restaurants, etc. (even if your guest is driving)
- Introducing the speaker before his/her seminar
- Holding a reception for the speaker (unless someone else has volunteered to hold the reception)
- Double checking that your guest has arranged his/her travel with Kathy Tebo
Kathy Tebo will take care of the following additional items:
- arranging flights (for those not driving)
- arranging accommodation at the Tolland Inn
