We are a newly established grad student group. We meet on (some) Thursdays at 5 pm in the Bamford. Our goal is to coordinate with EcoHusky and improve the environmental impact of UConn in general - but the thing we want to start with is improving our own department! <br>

Further, we'll be discussing the upcoming EEB fundraiser brunch, Earth Day, Move-out day, educational stickers, and reducing paper waste on campus. And, of course, other matters that may come up. The Willimantic Food Co-Op Book Club meets the last Sunday of every month to discuss environmental books. This month's book is Deep Economy by Bill McKibben. We'll try to arrange a carpool from Storrs for anyone who would like to go. The UConn library has a copy of the book, or you can request it through ILL, or ask if you can borrow Hayley's copy.

You can find a brochure of all the hikes sponsored by The Last Green Valley here.
We'll select one weekend hike to carpool to as a group, and will email reminders about nearby hikes.
