UConn Open your eyes brochure
UConn Open Your eyes is a project through a brochure meant to aid in opening the eyes of students, faculty, and visitors to the animal diversity that exists on campus. The brochure presents the idea that we underestimate our surrounding areas such as the Swan Lake, Horsebarn Hill, and the UConn forest (Fenton). There is more than what meets the eye at first glance, often more observations open up the viewer's eyes to things they did not notice before. Also included is a map with places to visit around campus linked with animals that could be seen, if you want to explore and get involved. - Nino & Almedina
Open your eyes to the nature around you video
This video illustrates the importance of studying animal behavior. Its objective is to demonstrate why you should and how you can “open your eyes to the nature around you.” Overall, an increase in awareness to your surroundings can truly change the way you see the world! - Shawn & Christine

This project is a basic outline of the methods of studying animal behavior. It tells you how to get started studying animal behavior and highlights how to choose which study methods to use when observing different types of animals. - Olivia & Benjamin
