Collections Facility

The EEB Biological Collections Facility[1] is located on the main floor of the BSP building. It houses preserved specimens of both plants and animals. There are separate rooms for storage of dry specimens and those preserved in ethanol. The Collections facility also includes a small library of biological literature, work space, and the offices of facility staff.
Services offered by the Collections facility include:
- Curating voucher specimens.
- Securing loans from other institutions' collections.
- Use of digital microscopy equipment.
