WHAT IS THIS PAGE?

Beermorph is a weekly meeting of the Schwenk and Rubega labs, plus any other interested parties. It is a combination reading group, support group, social group and writing group. Often we read and discuss a paper relevant to vertebrate morphology. Other times we read and critique draft manuscripts by members of the group. Sometimes we drink and shoot the breeze. The only constants are the presence of beer and Big Doug, the musk ox. Meetings take place in the Morphospace, a multidimensional phenotype space within the Schwenk lab (BioPharm 410) every Friday at 4:00 pm. At any given time only a portion of the Morphospace is occupied, suggesting the existence of constraints within the Schwenk lab. Visitors over the age of 21 are welcome.
