Only your TAs can approve a makeup assignment for a missed lab. If you miss a lab AND have legitimate documentation for your absence, complete this form and submit it to your TAs for permission to do a makeup activity for the missed lab. If approved, you and your TAs will discuss your options for making up the missed lab. You cannot attend another lab section or do a written makeup assignment without prior permission. Any lab work that is not made up will result in a zero score for that lab. This petition must be submitted to your TAs as soon as possible and no more than one week after the missed lab. Please remember that you cannot miss more than two labs, excused or not, or you will fail the the course. See the Lab Policies page on the course website for further information.
